What size should a woman start with?
If you exercise I would start with a 10lb dumbbell. You would think that might be heavy but because you’re holding it in two hands it isn’t. I use the 10lb weight at the gym and at home. Hope that helps.

It’s pretty well on there!

Are handles wide enough to place both hand on it ? The hands are men average sized hands.
